How can mosquito applicators comply with the bee-protection lable directions?

There are two ways:

1. The first is easy. Simply spray non-residual insecticides at night. Bees are not foraging at night.

2. The second takes a little care, but is almost as easy. Set up a monitoring system in cooperation with a beekeeper.

The pollen pellets are easy to see, even at a distance, and are proof that bees are working flowers.

How does one set up a monitor?
